This week, a report from England detailed why Manchester United decided not to hire Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino. The French press is providing what’s next for the Argentine tactician, whose future in the French capital is up in the air.
According to Le Parisien, Pochettino is disappointed in the squad following the elimination in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 to Real Madrid, which saw the player crumble under pressure.
Furthermore, the report states that the humiliating exiting opened the door to judging his coaching as too passive when the team began to implode and never really convinced management, especially how he coaches the team.
