Report: Sergio Ramos Intends to See Out the Final Year of His Contract

Over the past few days, there’s been plenty of speculation regarding the future of Sergio Ramos. The 35-year-old has only played a handful of matches and didn’t play in either leg against Real Madrid in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16.

As a result, there were reports of Paris Saint-Germain looking to part ways with Ramos, who would have one more year on his deal. There was even a rumor that the Los Angeles Galaxy would be a destination for Ramos.

However, L’Equipe (via Paris Fans) reports that Ramos knows that his signing has not met expectations. He also feels anger, but true to his character, the defender doesn’t intend to give up.

In the great chaos surrounding PSG since the Champions League elimination, many rumors have circulated about him. Nonetheless, the former Real Madrid captain plans for the moment to respect his contract, and the ambition remains to win everything.

The French media outlet details why Ramos signed with the French giants because he believes in the project presented to him and the role he can play in it. The only unknown is the position of the club’s management on the defender’s future with Les Parisiens
