Mauricio Pochettino’s days with Paris Saint-Germain appear to be coming to an end as the Argentine tactician’s job is being discussed with possible replacements already linked to the capital club.
Furthermore, Pochettino is connected to the Manchester United job with him and current Ajax manager Erik ten Hag being the favorites to land the position at Old Trafford.
United We Stand editor Andy Mitten thinks ten Hag is the most favored option among Manchester United supporters to replace interim manager Ralf Rangnick in the summer. However, the Sky Sports pundit and former right-back for The Red Devils stated his choice for the club’s manager position is Pochettino.
“Personally, I would go for Pochettino, but Ten Hag is the massive favorite of United fans to take the club forward. That’s if it is a clear choice between the two,” Neville tweeted.
Manchester United supporters might be seeing the train wreck that Pochettino is enduring at PSG when he’s coaching at a job where trophies are the expectation, not a welcomed surprise like it was at Tottenham Hotspur.
As a result, they might want to avoid seeing what the capital club is enduring this season, out of an international and domestic cup competition by March.
