Video: The Performance of Nuno Mendes Versus AS Saint-Étienne

Nuno Mendes is turning into one of the better signings of the summer, the 19-year-old continues to show confidence, and they’re reflecting in his performances on the pitch. Against AS Saint-Étienne, the teenage left-back played 81 minutes while having 72 touches.

 He went 44 for 48 on his passes with a completion percentage of 92-percent and provided one key pass. Mendes went six for seven on his ground duels and had six successful tackles while also having two interceptions.
