Video: Messi Assists Mbappe for the Game-Winning Goal Against Rennes

As has been the case for much of the season, Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has delivered in a crucial match in Ligue 1 play.

Over the late stages of the Ligue 1 fixture against Rennes, Mauricio Pochettino’s side raced on by for a counter-attack sequence. In the end, Argentine forward Lionel Messi assisted Mbappe for what turned out to be the game-winning goal of the fixture.

As it stands, PSG now holds a 16-point lead at the top of the Ligue 1 standings.
