This week there was an image circulating social media platforms showing the physical form of Paris Saint-Germain striker Mauro Icardi. The photo showed the 28-year-old striker out of shape, so it was a question that manager Mauricio Pochettino had to answer.
During his press conference with the media, the Argentine tactician wasn’t aware of any photo displaying the striker’s body when asked. Furthermore, he went on to shoot down any concerns regarding the physical form of Icardi.
“I don’t know what photo you are talking about. Mauro is fine. I am in critical condition (laughs). He’s fine. He’s under control, in good shape and form,” Pochettino said.
