Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has been sidelined since the Ligue 1 fixture against AS Saint-Etienne due to an ankle injury suffered during the contest. Still, the Brazilian forward could soon make his return to action from injury.

As noted by the Brazilian-based outlet Globo, Neymar has returned to Paris and is still receiving treatment for his ankle injury. The Brazilian forward is not expected to return to training with PSG for another three weeks.

Thus, Neymar could be cleared to return to in-game action by PSG’s home league fixture against Lille OSC, which will come on Feb. 6.

The Brazilian forward will still miss several crucial fixtures over the remainder of the month, which include PSG’s Coupe de France round of 16 matchup with OGC Nice.

At the least, Neymar could be fully fit in time for PSG’s UEFA Champions League round of 16 clash against Real Madrid.

For now, PSG is set for an upcoming home league match against Brest.
