Paris Saint-Germain finished second in Group A behind Manchester City. As a result, they have the possibility of facing tough opponents in the Round of 16. However, PSG is a team that some clubs might also want to avoid early in the knockout stages.

Ahead of Monday’s Round of 16 draw, manager Mauricio Pochettino was asked whether his squad hopes to avoid a specific club. Nonetheless, the Argentine tactician made it clear his team has no preference over who they face during his press conference.

“A fear of an adversary? Honestly, no. There are only very good teams. They have all their strengths. We are PSG; we have to beat all the teams,” Pochettino said.
