Mauricio Pochettino has been the subject of rumors linking him to the open job at Manchester United following the sacking of Ole Gunnar Solskjær. The Argentine tactician has experience in the Premier League, so The Red Devils hoped to entice Pochettino to return to England.
During his press conference with the media, Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Marco Verratti was asked about the rumors regarding his manager and how they’re affecting the squad as it prepares for their upcoming UEFA Champions League match against Manchester City.
“We’re used to that when we play football. If we talk about rumors, we only end up talking about that. So we stay focused on the game. We don’t think about rumors and what is being said outside,” Verratti said.
