Paris Saint-Germain came away with a 3-1 victory over FC Nantes. The capital club opened the scoring two minutes into the match with a redirected goal from Kylian Mbappé.
After the match, the 22-year-old spoke to PSG TV, where he provided his thoughts on the fixture and the performance of the attacking trio of himself, Lionel Messi, and Neymar Jr.
The France international stated that he’s happy with how he performed against Nantes and there are encouraging signs when it comes to the trio.
“We could have scored a lot of times in the first half, creating a lot of situations for ourselves, we knew how to be dangerous, we managed not to be cut off from the rest of the team, and it was good,” Mbappé said.
“It’s interesting, it’s encouraging, and it’s going to get better and better. My match? I feel good, I am happy, I play in teams where I am in the best conditions, so that also helps, and I hope to continue like that.”
