Paris Saint-Germain manager Mauricio Pochettino continues to be linked to the Manchester United job, and with the Argentine possibly considering a return to the Premier League, the Zinédine Zidane rumors have surfaced.

The French tactician departed Real Madrid after last season and has remained patient when choosing his next job. However, RMC Sport reports that Zidane coaching from the PSG sidelines doesn’t appear to be happening any time soon.

According to the report, there are a couple of reasons Zidane won’t be managing Les Parisiens this season.

First, Pochettino is under contract with the capital club until 2023. The other is that the Argentine tactician has not asked PSG to let him go for The Red Devils job. Finally, Manchester United has not contacted the Parisian leaders about a possible compensation to release the manager.

RMC Sport adds that the Ligue 1 club hasn’t engaged in direct discussions with Zidane or any coach. At PSG, they remain quiet for the moment around these rumors. They have a coach in place, and that this is not expected to change in the short term.
