Paris Saint-Germain forwards Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe shined for the team in the UEFA Champions League group stage fixture against RB Leipzig. Messi scored two goals in the match, while Mbappe came away with an early first half goal against the Bundesliga side.
In speaking to RMC Sport after the match, Mbappe touched on his chemistry with Messi in the contest, along with his excitement on the potential of Neymar for the remainder of the season.
“We found each other tonight, it was good,” Mbappe said. “Now Ney will come back. We’ll need all three of us to be good, too. We’ll need all three and all the others to perform well. But it’s easy to play with Messi.”
