Real Madrid dreams of landing Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappé, and their recent sale of Raphaël Varane to Manchester United could help in the long run of landing the 22-year-old.
Despite accumulating the funds for a potential transfer of Mbappé, it doesn’t seem as though Los Blancos will be adding the forward this summer.
Spanish journalist Antón Meana explained in El Larguero (via Canal Supporters) that a summer transfer of Mbappé is impossible.
Real Madrid will continue to have the contact on their file of Mbappé and PSG’s front office because the door is always open for the France international at the Spanish club.
The capital club continues to talk with Mbappé, but there’s no agreement yet from either side. The forward did state that his dream is to win the UEFA Champions League with PSG, so that’s a positive sign for any Parisien supporter.
It will be interesting to see what Mbappé decides to do this summer.
