Although most of the transfer news regarding Paris Saint-Germain revolves around possible additions to the squad, some departures will offset these possible arrivals.
Plenty of names are circulating about who could be departing the capital club this summer, and one could be Ander Herrera. However, the 31-year-old when on his Instagram account (via Canal Supporters) to deny any rumors over a possible departure to Athletic Club.
Herrera is under contract until 2024, and although PSG will see some players leave this summer, it doesn’t seem like Herrera will be one of them.
Should the French giants look to sell the player, Transfermarkt places Herrera’s value at €15-million. Les Parisiens would be receiving a reasonable fee if they were to consider selling him to a Spanish club, considering the injuries he’s dealt with in his two seasons with PSG.
Herrera has made 67 appearances for the capital club, where he’s scored two goals and registered four assists.
