Key Stat Spotlights Neymar’s Recent Dominant Form With Brazil

Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar has been performing at a high level for the Brazilian national team as of late.

The PSG star has scored in each of his games with Brazil this year, which includes goals in World Cup qualifying matches and Copa America group stage fixtures.

Overall, Neymar currently holds a notable scoring streak as he has logged goals in five straight fixtures with Brazil, which dates back to last year’s World Cup qualifying win against Peru.

This ties a personal best for the Ligue 1 superstar as he also scored in five straight fixtures with the Selecao back in 2012, although all of these scores came in international friendly fixtures.

Neymar is well now the favorite to win the Copa America player of the tournament award for the very first time in his career. If the PSG forward is able to win this award, it would certainly be an impressive accomplishment for him at this stage in his run with the Selecao.
