Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar Jr. is in Brazil to prepare for the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying matches next month and then for the Copa America.
The 29-year-old spoke at a media event, where Oh My Goal – France relayed the video of who Neymar would like to play with, which the name shouldn’t surprise anyone.
Neymar stated that he wants to play again with Lionel Messi, his ex-teammate at FC Barcelona. While asked about a player’s identity with whom he would like to play at PSG, the answer was obvious.
“Obviously, it’s Messi because he’s number 1, the greatest of all. I think all clubs, all players love it. Everyone would like to play with him,” Neymar said.
It doesn’t seem as though they might happen as Barça President Joan Laporta stated that talks with Messi over an extension are advancing.
