PSG Mercato: Paris SG Is Ready to Break the Bank to Land Inter Milan’s Achraf Hakimi

Paris Saint-Germain wants to improve its right-back position, and one of the targets the capital club has circled is Inter Milan’s, Achraf Hakimi. The Italian club faces financial problems and wants to offload a few players.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport (via Culture PSG), talks between both parties have been frequent. Furthermore, negotiations involving all parties are progressing quickly and well, resulting in the 22-year-old arriving with the French giants.

Hakimi’s under contract until 2025, so Inter Milan will want a significant transfer sum for the right-back, and it seems as though PSG is ready to off that to them. The Italian media outlet adds that Les Parisiens are prepared to offer €60-million for the defender.

Other reports state whether PSG will offer €60-million in cash or whether it will be €40-million as the base with €20-million in bonuses. Nonetheless, it seems that sporting director Leonardo and the rest of the Parisien leaders are ready to spend big to fix their right-back situation.

The 22-year-old made 45 appearances for Inter Milan this season, where he scored seven goals and registered 11 assists.
