Paris Saint-Germain forward Kylian Mbappe has had one of the most memorable campaigns of his career so far this season. From clutch goals in the UEFA Champions League to multiple key scores in must-win domestic matches, Mbappe continues to have his way against some of the best teams in the continent today.
Mbappe’s form this season has gone a long way in increasing his transfer value. As noted by the Dutch-based organization Klynveld Peat Marwick Goerdeler (KPMG), Mbappe is now the most valuable player in the world today with a €189 million market value.
Mbappe is followed by Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland (€131 million) and Tottenham’s Harry Kane (€127 million) in the top three.
Neymar tops out at sixth in this list with a €116 million market value.
It is notable that Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo are not listed in the top 10 in this report, but it is given considering that they each are nearing the end of their prime days.
Mbappe is well backed by many to soon become the next top player in the sport.
