Over the last few weeks, various reports have suggested that Paris Saint-Germain has agreed to a contract extension with Neymar Jr., but nothing is official. The 29-year-old spoke to RMC Sport to discuss what’s holding up the announcement of a possible new deal.
Neymar did reveal that his representatives are in talks with the French giants and stated that he feels happy with the capital club. Canal Supporters relayed the comments made by the Brazil international about the contract extension talks.
“We are in discussion with Paris. No hurry. Everything is almost settled,” Neymar said. “I’m feeling good. I really feel very happy here in Paris Saint-Germain. Regarding the supporters, what I expect the most is that they are back at the stadium. I want them to support all the players, to be there to cheer us on.”
