Paris Saint-Germain will welcome Manchester City to the Parc des Prince for their UEFA Champions League Semi-Final matchup. One of the key players that the English club wants to control is Neymar Jr.

After missing the Round of 16 tie against FC Barcelona, the 29-year-old had two assists in his return on the road against FC Bayern Munich for the first leg. Manchester City will hope to avoid that fate.

Manager Pep Guardiola spoke at a press conference where Canal Supporters relayed his comments regarding Neymar.

“I remember the game against Santos; it was the king of Santos. My players were speechless; it’s a treat to see him play. It’s not easy to wear number 10 in Brazil,” Guardiola said.

“If he had stayed at Barcelona, Barca would have won two or three more Champions League titles. He decided to go to Paris, and I wouldn’t say it was a bad decision. If he can have consistency and not be injured. I am a big admirer. It’s a pleasure to play against PSG and him, and we will try to beat them.”
