Moise Kean provided for his take on how Mauricio Pochettino has managed to enjoy prominent success in his first season with the club.
Pochettino could very well finish the season winning a treble with PSG. The French powerhouse currently maintains a first place standing in the league table and is in the semifinals of the UEFA Champions League and Coupe de France competitions.
Kean is well impressed with the work that Pochettino has done as PSG manager so far this season. More so, Kean is in much appreciation of Pochettino’s ability to closely work with the youth players on the team.
Kean lauded Pochettino during his recent talk with the Italian-based outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport.
“He is a very good coach; he makes you work hard, but he knows why, he tries to give everyone confidence,” Kean said. “And that’s the most important thing, at least the one I was looking for. He doesn’t look at age, only values on the pitch. And that helped me a lot to grow.”
Kean has had standout moments as of late under the Argentine manager, which includes the goal against Barcelona in the Champions League Round of 16. The Italian forward will now look ahead to earning playing time minutes in PSG’s key remaining matches this season.
