Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar Jr. is one of the most recognizable football players on the planet. However, it seems as though someone decided it was a good idea to use the 29-year-old’s pictures and create a Tinder profile to catfish someone or play a cruel prank as Brazilian media outlet Gossipdodia revealed the account on their Instagram page.
Nonetheless, instead of taking the issue personally, Neymar decided to have fun with the incident, jokingly stating that he’s hoping whoever is running the fake account is representing his name well.
“I hope that whoever is using Tinder with my name is representing well, huh. It’s not me; it’s fake,” Neymar Tweeted.
However, if anyone comes across a Neymar profile while swiping on Tinder, make sure to swipe left.
