It’s been over two weeks since Neymar Jr. picked up his adductor injury, which caused the 29-year-old to miss the first-leg victory in the UEFA Champions League at the Camp Nou against FC Barcelona.
The initial reports have Neymar missing four weeks of action, and at the midway point of the diagnosis, manager Mauricio Pochettino provided an update on the Brazil international.
Ahead of the capital club’s fixture against Dijon FCO, Pochettino spoke to the media over Neymar, where Canal Supporters relayed his words over the superstar forward.
“Neymar follows the protocols set up by the medical staff and the performance,” Pochettino said. “He was on the pitch today and trained individually. He has done a few exercises, is in a good state of mind, and is on schedule for his recovery.”
