FC Barcelona carried on with its UEFA Champions League knockout stage woes as Paris Saint-Germain clinched a massive 4-1 win in the Round of 16 first leg.
The fixture was yet another frustrating one for Lionel Messi. The Argentine scored a goal and created multiple goal-scoring chances but still watched as his defense allowed four goals to PSG.
Over the course of the match, Messi’s body language said it all regarding his frustrations with Barca’s defensive performance. The cameras were rolling as they followed Messi’s reaction to each PSG goal.
Messi was more so irritated with how Kylian Mbappe effortlessly scored the second goal of the match for PSG.
In the big picture, this may have been the last home Champions League fixture for Messi with Barca.
