After Paris Saint-Germain defeated Nîmes Olympique 3-0, Ángel Di María spoke with Canal Plus postgame to discuss various topics.

One question that the French media outlet threw out to the 32-year-old is over the possibility of playing with FC Barcelona Lionel Messi with the capital club.

Di María’s comments on the idea of Messi reached Spain quickly as the Spanish media asked Barça Ronald Koeman to provide his thoughts on what the PSG forward had to say during his press conference

“For me, it’s a lack of respect. It’s not respectful to speak about a player that is still a Barça player. It’s not good, especially before a Champions League game against PSG,” Koeman said.
