Former PSG Forward Jese Claims That Mbappe ‘Really Wants to Go to Madrid’

Former Paris Saint-Germain forward Jese is going out on a limb by claiming that Kylian Mbappe has a strong desire to join Real Madrid.

Mbappe remains in a contract dilemma at PSG. The PSG star recently hinted that he has received a contract extension offer from the club, which would prevent him from becoming a free agent a year following this season. However, he has been linked with both Real Madrid and Liverpool as of late.

Jese is a former teammate of Mbappe, but the two did not share much time together on the pitch at PSG. Still, Jese has a prediction regarding Mbappe’s future at PSG, which the new Las Palmas forward recently shared with the Spanish-based station El Partidazo de Cope.

“Mbappé really wants to go to Madrid,” Jese said. “When Mbappé started watching Madrid, he was 16 years old. He loves Madrid. I’m sure he will play for Madrid one day.”

During his run at PSG, Jese shared a locker room with plenty of personalities, including Neymar. The Spanish forward cherished the short amount of time that he spent with PSG’s star attacking talents.

“I got along very well with Ney,” Jese said. “In that dressing room, there is a lot of good vibes. Mbappe got along very well, with Mauro [Icardi], with Fideo [Angel Di Maria].”
