Paris Saint-Germain drew a familiar UEFA Champions League draw as they’ll face FC Barcelona in the Round of 16. The last time that Les Parisiens took on the Spanish club was three years ago where the infamous 6-1 remontada occurred at the Camp Nou.
However, this time things are different as the capital club will have the second leg at home, and the man who orchestrated that comeback in Neymar will be on PSG’s side.
During his press conference where Canal Supporters relayed his words, manager Thomas Tuchel discussed the matchup against Barça.
“It is a difficult draw against one of the biggest clubs in Europe,” Tuchel said. “Today, we are in December, and we are playing in February. It is too early to talk in detail. It is going to be a great match, and we will do everything possible to arrive in good physical and mental condition. The reality is in Ligue 1, and we have to start winning again by being efficient.”
