Video: ‘Of Course, We’re Affected if Ney ‘and Kylian Don’t Score’ – Tuchel on the Neymar and Mbappé Having No Goals in Champions League

Neymar Jr. and Kylian Mbappé have played in two UEFA Champions League group stage matches for Paris Saint-Germain, and both have yet to score a goal in the competition.

The capital club has their backs against the wall and needing a win over RB Leipzig, who they’ll welcome on matchday four to the Parc des Princes. Les Parisiens need a win over the German club to keep their hopes of advancing to the knockout stages alive, which is why they’ll need their two superstars to find the back of the net.

Ahead of PSG’s fixture against RB Leipzig, manager Thomas Tuchel spoke to the media and touched on the goal drought his two superstar players find themselves in during Champions League competition.

“Of course, we’re affected if Ney ‘and Kylian don’t score. It has an impact on the result. They are decisive guys,” Tuchel said. “I hope Mbappé can score tomorrow. We need a great performance from Kylian. He did everything to be ready and decisive. He played with France and against Monaco, now it’s up to him and Neymar to be decisive tomorrow.”
