Report: Pochettino Could Use Manchester United and PSG as Pawns To Negotiate Deal

Manchester United is currently 15th place in the Premier League and is coming off a loss to İstanbul Başakşehir on matchday three of the UEFA Champions League group stage.

As a result, The Red Devils are weighing their options on the future of Ole Gunnar Solskjær. The English club is looking to replace him with a familiar face, and one whose name has is also rumored to Paris Saint-Germain, former Tottenham Hotspur Mauricio Pochettino.

With the capital club weighing their options on the future of Thomas Tuchel, Pochettino is becoming a hot commodity. The Daily Express reports that PSG could be a negotiating pawn that the Argentine manager will use to get the best deal for himself, whether with United or his former club, Les Parisiens.

Nonetheless, Solskjær did pick up a crucial win over Everton FC over the weekend to buy some time as a manager. Over the next few weeks, we will see if Pochettino decides to jump on a moving train this season or wait until the summer to have a fresh start with a new club.
