Anytime a player can pass Brazilian legend Ronaldo on a goals list, it is truly an achievement to marvel at.
Paris Saint-Germain forward Neymar came into Brazil’s fixture against Peru with 61 international goals, which ranked third all-time in the Selecao’s goals list and behind second place Ronaldo (62). But by the end of the game, Neymar wound up passing Ronaldo thanks to a pair of goals.
Neymar got the scoring going for Brazil with a first-half penalty goal, which tied him with Ronaldo at 62 goals.
