Just when PSG was beginning to receive good news regarding its October injury crisis, the club could now be dealt with unfortunate news regarding Neymar.
The Brazilian forward took on a hard foul during the first half of PSG’s UEFA Champions League group stage fixture against Basaksehir. Neymar then went straight to the sidelines to get his injury checked out by the team’s medical staff. At first glance, it seemed as if Neymar suffered an adductor injury.

Neymar was able to return to the pitch, but within seconds, he called for manager Thomas Tuchel to make a substitution. The German manager then subbed off Neymar and replaced him with winger Pablo Sarabia.
