Just days after his brace against Dijon, Paris Saint-Germain forward Moise Kean was put to the test yet again in the team’s must-win fixture against Istanbul Basaksehir. For Kean, this was certainly the biggest game of his PSG career, as the club needed this win to pick up momentum in its UEFA Champions League group.
The Italian forward passed the pivotal test in his PSG career as he scored two goals to clinch the 2-0 win for the club. Kean wound up making history by becoming the first player for PSG to score a brace in his first Champions League start with the club.

Kean has been in top form for the club as of late; he has scored four goals in his last two games. It will be interesting to see whether PSG manager Thomas Tuchel will plan to start Kean in the club’s upcoming key fixtures against both Nantes and RB Leipzig.
