Yannick Noah on the Importance of PSG’s Show of Team Unity on Social Media

Former French Open champion, Yannick Noah, made an appearance on the Super Moscato Show on RMC Sport. Many know that the 60-year-old is a Paris Saint-Germain supporter and, as a result, he shared some thoughts on Neymar Jr.

Since the capital club squad returned from their quarantine due to the coronavirus pandemic, there’s been a lot of comraderies between the players shared via social media, especially from Neymar. The 28-year-old took part in the birthday celebration of midfielder Leandro Paredes.

On Bastille Day, the Brazil international also uploaded photos of some players from the squad enjoying the night with the Eiffel Tower in the background. It’s this type of team bonding that Noah sees as helpful, even if it’s partying.

“I think Neymar in these provisions is perfect, so much the better. In general at that time, either he is injured, he is in a bad mood, or he is negotiating his contract. There he shows love. He shows envy. Even if he posts holiday pictures,” Noah said. “Sometimes there are matches that are won starting with a party. I know that very well. It brings everyone together.”

Also, if someone wants to read too into pictures, it seems that Neymar is comfortable in Paris. PSG and Neymar will have some friendlies as they continue to prepare for the two domestic cup finals and the UEFA Champions League.
