Why Milan Fears PSG When it Comes to Their Star Defender

There’s been many left-back linked with a move to Paris Saint-Germain in recent weeks but AC Milan’s Theo Hernández is definitely in the upper echelon.

It’s been reported that PSG has expressed an interest in Hernández with a price tag of €50-€60 million rumored to be what the Rossoneri would require to sit at the negotiation table.

Milan would obviously like to keep their starting left-back who is under contract until 2024 but they understand that they may not be able to shield Hernández from the bright lights of Paris.

According to Calciomercato.com (via Sempre Milan), Milan are worried that Leonardo, PSG’s sporting director, could offer Hernández and his agent a sizable salary to make the move from Serie A to Ligue 1. If that were to happen, there’s no telling what the Frenchman might decide to do.

With the salaries of Thiago Silva, Edinson Cavani, Thomas Meunier, and Layvin Kurzawa expected to come off the books, PSG just may be able to find enough cash to make Hernández an offer he can’t refuse.
