Neymar Jr. left France at the outset of the coronavirus pandemic and flew on a private plane to Brazil to wait out the health crisis in isolation at his private compound. He hasn’t played a competitive football match for Paris Saint-Germain since March 11, so he’s had to get creative in finding ways to stay fit.
On Monday, Neymar posted a video on social media encouraging his millions of followers to continue training at home like him and offered up some exercise ideas while wearing a yellow Red Bull Neymar Jr’s Five jersey.
Always stay positive and always stay fit! 👊 This is how I keep myself ready for upcoming challenges 🔥@redbull #RedbullNeymarJrsFive pic.twitter.com/zSPnOEBYgi

The video starts with a simple “lunge and twist” move at 10 reps per side before moving on to the “bridge with squeeze” technique at 10-15 reps.
Other exercises include the “single leg bridge,” the “bicycle crunch,” and 10-15 reps of the “suitcase crunch,” which looks like would work your abs really well.
So, if you’re stuck at home and unable to get to the gym, grab a football and exercise like one of the best players in the world.
