Video: Mbappé Fires PSG Into the Lead With Breakaway Goal Against Dijon

Paris Saint-Germain went up 1-0 over Dijon FCO in under a minute thanks to an own-goal from Wesley Lautoa that was set up by Mitchel Bakker.

After the hosts equalized in the 13th minute, it was PSG’s turn to take the lead once again thanks to their star, Kylian Mbappé.

Julian Draxler won the ball in the midfield and quickly found Mbappé who was just able to stay onside. The Frenchman let the ball run before taking over with his blistering speed.

Closing in on goal, Mbappé could have played a square ball over to Edinson Cavani for the easy finish but he took on the shot himself and scored past Rúnar Rúnarsson in the corner of the goal.

Cavani will be looking to score in the second half as he is sitting on 199 career goals for PSG.

PSG went into halftime up 2-1 having three shots on target and seven total.
