Neymar, Di Maria, and Other PSG Players Share Holiday Memories on Social Media

Shortly after Paris Saint-Germain’s 4-1 win over Amiens SC at the Parc des Princes, players and their families took off for a much-deserved holiday break.

Some players traveled back home, like Neymar Jr. who posted a photo on Instagram of him outside the Estádio Urbano Caldeira in São Paulo, Brazil, while others stayed in Paris for a low-key holiday like Thomas Meunier.

Regardless of how the players celebrated, the rest and relaxation are couldn’t have come at a better time. At Christmas, PSG holds a seven-point lead over rivals Olympique de Marseille in the Ligue 1 table with a game in hand. They topped their UEFA Champions League group over Real Madrid and to close out 2019, they have been playing some inspirational football, scoring 18 goals in their final four games while only allowing two.

Players won’t return to training until January 2 but in the meantime, they’re enjoying spending time with those who mean the most to them. Check out some of our favorite photos of PSG players enjoying the holidays and we hope you are doing the same as well.
