PSG are expected to go after a center-back this summer, and Bayern Munich’s Kim Min-jae is reportedly on their radar. The South Korean defender has drawn plenty of interest, so PSG could face stiff competition.
Last year, the club focused on youth with signings like Lucas Beraldo and Willian Pacho—a strategy that could continue this summer. Although the window is still a couple of months away, transfer buzz is already building.
Kim was a standout at Napoli, but he hasn’t quite found his footing at Bayern Munich. At 28, a move could help him reset and make the most of his prime.
Could Liverpool, PSG target leave Europe?

On Wednesday, Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna reported that Al-Nassr are stepping up their efforts to sign Kim from Bayern Munich, pushing in recent days to reach an agreement with the defender’s camp, with Kim reportedly open to the move.

Last week, CaughtOffside reported that Bayern Munich have lowered their asking price for Kim from around €50 million to closer to €35 million. The 28-year-old defender is reportedly open to a move this summer.
According to the report, Kim would prefer a move to the Premier League if he does leave the Allianz Arena. Liverpool are among the clubs showing interest, with Newcastle United having made initial contact. PSG and AC Milan are also said to be keeping an eye on his situation.
