A recent report from journalist Jorge C. Picon suggests that if the right opportunity arises, Paris Saint-Germain could make a bold move against Florentino Pérez and Real Madrid by targeting Vinicius Junior.

While there are no serious approaches yet and contact has been minimal, PSG are keeping a close eye on his situation. Reports from Spain indicate that Manchester United and Chelsea are also monitoring Vinicius closely and are ready to act if the opportunity arises.

Real Madrid views the Brazilian forward as a key part of their future, but after he missed out on the 2024 Ballon d’Or, which went to Rodri, speculation about a potential exit started circulating.

Madrid are eager to extend Vinicius’ contract, which currently runs through 2027, to secure one of their top talents for the long haul. However, recent talks about a renewal have faced some hurdles, with reports suggesting that the latest club offer has been rejected.

Saudi Arabia keen on Real Madrid’s Brazilian talent

Foot Mercato’s Santi Aouna reported on Friday that in recent weeks, Saudi representatives met with Vinicius’ entourage in Madrid. They expressed their desire to sign him for 2026 and presented a massive four-year deal.

To win him over, they shared a project with a video that appealed to him and mentioned that he would have a significant influence on future recruitment decisions.

There’s no potential asking price for the Brazilian, but Transfermarkt values him at €200 million. In 15 matches this 2024-25 season, the Real Madrid standout has scored eight goals and recorded seven assists.
