This week, a report emerged noting that Real Madrid could be open to letting one of their midfielders depart next year. Moreover, two clubs are reported to be keen on the Frenchman to bolster their midfield group.

Real Madrid are reportedly considering moving on from 24-year-old midfielder Aurélien Tchouaméni, according to a report from Spain. The France international, who joined Los Blancos from AS Monaco in 2022 for €80 million, has faced challenges since Toni Kroos’s departure.

The Spanish side are now said to be open to offers, with Liverpool potentially interested, having been linked to him in the past.

According to Fichajes, Tchouaméni is attracting a lot of attention in the transfer market, with Liverpool and PSG emerging as the top contenders for his signature. Real Madrid’s sporting management, following a season of mixed performances from the Frenchman, is now open to hearing offers.

How much could the 24-year-old cost? Transfermarkt currently puts the player’s transfer value at €100 million, but if the poor performances tend to occur all season, could that affect how much clubs are willing to pay?

Since arriving in the Spanish capital in 2022, Tchouaméni has made 102 appearances while scoring three goals and recording five assists. Moreover, the midfielder has won one UEFA Champions League, one FIFA Club World Cup, one Copa del Rey, one Supercopa de España, and one LaLiga title.
