Atlético de Madrid pulled off a dramatic 2-1 win over Paris Saint-Germain in their UEFA Champions League clash at the Parc des Princes on Wednesday night, scoring twice without reply, including a last-minute goal in stoppage time.

PSG took the lead early, with Warren Zaïre-Emery finding the net in the 14th minute. Atlético responded swiftly, leveling the score just four minutes later through Nahuel Molina’s goal in the 18th minute.

The teams headed into halftime tied at 1-1, with neither side able to break the deadlock. PSG controlled possession in the second half, registering 15 shots to Atlético’s two, but it was Ángel Correa who scored the decisive goal for the visitors, securing all three points with a late strike.

Statdufoot highlighted on Twitter that since joining PSG, Luis Enrique has lost 44 percent of his Champions League games, the highest loss percentage for a PSG coach since the QSI takeover.

Following the loss, Enrique was left speechless with what he’s seeing with his squad’s finishing.

“There are no words,” Enrique told Canal+. “I believe that in our three home matches, we were infinitely superior to our opponents, but we didn’t have luck on our side. We have four matches left, and as long as we have games, we will fight until the end. But it’s hard to explain this result. I’ve been in football for over 30 years, and I can’t explain this. It’s just bad luck.”
