Paris Saint-Germain opened the scoring on the road against Olympique de Marseille. Nuno Mendes placed a cross that goalkeeper Gerónimo Rulli deflected, but fortunately for the capital club, the ball landed near João Neves’ feet.
The Portuguese standout put the ball in the back of the net to allow the Parisians to grab a 1-0 lead and silence the home supporters at Stade Vélodrome. Luis Enrique and his team will look to increase their lead to ensure they take all three points from their hated rival.
