Paris Saint-Germain have not missed Kylian Mbappé in the goal-scoring department as a couple of players in the attack have stepped up their game. As a result, the Parisians are on an impressive statistical list.
When Mbappé left, the question surrounding the Parisians was how they would replace his production. Well, through four league matches, they have done so in impressive fashion with two players on attack leading the way.
Ousmane Dembélé (three goals and two assists) and Bradley Barcola (four goals) have elevated the Parisians’ games so far this season. It will be interesting to see whether the two players can maintain this form throughout the season.
Moreover, WhoScored highlighted that this season, the leading teams in Europe’s top five leagues for non-penalty goals are Barcelona, PSG, and Celta Vigo. Barcelona tops the list with 16 goals, followed by PSG with 14 and Celta Vigo with 12.

Nonetheless, Barcola and Dembélé’s production has helped the Ligue 1 side stay at the top of the league table with 12 points and a four-game winning streak. The two players will now look to transition this form to the UEFA Champions League when PSG face Girona on Wednesday at the Parc des Princes.
