Ahead of the away UEFA Champions League contest on Matchday 2, Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly set a timeline for deciding on several key players for this clash.
L’Équipe reported this week that Gianluigi Donnarumma, Marco Asensio, and Désiré Doué are all doubtful for the upcoming match against Arsenal, causing some concerns for the team.
Meanwhile, Vitinha has been training on his own, and while his situation isn’t as concerning, there are still questions about his fitness with the Champions League just around the corner.
As the contest against the Gunners nears, the French media outlet provided a new update on these players who could be avaliable for manager Luis Enrique.
L’Equipe reports that Vitinha, Asensio, and Nuno Mendes’ status for the match will depend on how they feel in the next 48 hours. However, PSG was hoping for one or more returns among this trio, as the match on Friday confirmed that they do not have an abundant bench.

PSG will enter their UEFA Champions League Matchday 2 showdown against Arsenal with plenty of momentum after securing a 3-1 victory over Stade Rennais on Friday night at the Parc des Princes.
Bradley Barcola got things rolling with a goal in the 30th minute. In the second half, PSG added to their lead with a strike from Kang-in Lee in the 58th minute, followed by Barcola’s second goal just ten minutes later, making it 3-0.
Rennes scored one goal and put a scare into the Parisians, but the match concluded with a solid 3-1 win for the reigning Ligue 1 champions.
