Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala’s contract runs until 2026, and now top European clubs are interested in the 21-year-old. With rumors swirling one club chief for the German side spoke about the player’s future.
CaughtOffside recently reported that Liverpool have increased their interest in Musiala, and Manchester City, Real Madrid, and PSG are also monitoring his situation.
Additionally, recent updates suggest Barcelona are also in the mix, eyeing Musiala as a potential signing for 2025. Moreover, the Sunday Express also reported that Musiala has turned down Bayern Munich’s latest contract offer and he’s reportedly looking for around £300,000 a week.
With reports emerging nearly every day, Bayern Munich sporting director Christoph Freund spoke about Musiala’s situation.
“It’s a very important topic for us,” Freund told BILD Sport. “Jamal should be one of the faces of the club in the coming years and it’s our big wish to keep him at the club. He’s a fantastic player and does special things on the pitch.
“Fans come to the stadium to watch players like him. We’re in talks, we have a good relationship with Jamal and his entourage. We want to keep him”

Musiala has been with the first-team squad since 2020, making 167 appearances across all competitions while scoring 45 goals and registering 32 assists.
It will be interesting to see whether Musiala is attracted to another project or if this is a ploy by his camp to ensure they get a suitable deal for the player.
