Carlos Soler could be on his way to West Ham United soon, as the summer transfer window nears its end. The 27-year-old midfielder is seeking a new club where he might have a more prominent role than he currently does at Paris Saint-Germain.
Earlier this month, L’Equipe shared that West Ham United, Brighton, and Real Sociedad are all keen on signing Soler. However, it looks like West Ham is currently leading the race ahead of the other two clubs.
According to Foot Mercato, West Ham and PSG are in talks about a loan move for Soler that would include a mandatory buy option valued at over €20 million.
The latest information comes from transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who reports that West Ham have reached out to explore the possibility of signing Carlos Soler as a new midfielder.

In the coming days, they will have direct talks with the player’s representatives, and the club will also focus on managing other arrivals and departures.
Last season, Soler made 26 appearances in all competitions for the French club, scoring once and contributing four assists. It will be interesting to see if the Hammers secure the player or if another team makes a last-minute swoop.
