Chelsea are reportedly making a push for Napoli ace Victor Osimhen while Paris Saint-Germain lurk in the background if the reporting is accurate. However, it appears as though one Saudi Arabian club have the inside track to win the Osimhen race.
On Thursday, Journalist Romain Collet-Gaudin recently revealed that PSG might propose a new bid for Osimhen as soon as Friday evening, just before the transfer window closes.
Moreover, Fabrice Hawkins from RMC Sport also reported that Chelsea’s management are in Naples trying to convince Osimhen to join the club. Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reported on Friday that Al Ahli would have the inside track on winning this race.
According to Romano, Napoli and Al Ahli have reached a total agreement for Victor Osimhen’s transfer.
The two clubs have finalized a deal worth €75 million to €80 million, and Al Ahli has already scheduled a medical for the player, per Romano.
Furthermore, the report notes that Osimhen has been offered a four-year contract with a net salary of €25 million to €30 million per season, which also includes a release clause. The final decision now rests with Osimhen.
