Paris Saint-Germain could be looking to bolster their wing position before the summer transfer window closes. Moreover, the capital club are reportedly keen on a UEFA Europa League winner from last season.

Ousmane Dembélé explained on Friday that the squad will need to take a group approach to replacing the production Kylian Mbappé left behind after his departure to Real Madrid.

With the summer window closing in a few days, La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that PSG are reportedly eyeing Ademola Lookman, having shifted their focus after pursuing Napoli’s Victor Osimhen.

The reigning Ligue 1 champions have already contacted his representatives, who have informed Atalanta. Gazzetta dello Sport adds that with the allure of a prestigious club like PSG, it’s hard to ignore their interest.

Nonetheless, the next step is to make a solid offer to convince Atalanta. Lookman has been linked to various top European clubs this summer transfer window. A recent report revealed that Liverpool, Chelsea, and Manchester United have all expressed interest at one point.

Lookman has been with Atalanta since 2022 and made 45 appearances last season while scoring 17 goals and recording 10 assists. The 26-year-old’s standout performance from last campaign came in the Europa League final, scoring a hat-trick against Bayer Leverkusen.
