Napoli Chief Confirms Arsenal, PSG Target ‘Wants to Leave’ Amid Chelsea Rumors

Victor Osimhen is reportedly looking to leave Napoli, but a move hasn’t materialized yet this summer. The Nigerian striker has been linked to Arsenal, Chelsea, and Paris Saint-Germain, but so far, no transfer has occurred but the Serie A side could be preparing for an exit.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano recently mentioned that while Osimhen is considering an exit, he has no intention of lowering his salary or accepting a straight loan. Chelsea remain interested, but only if the terms of the deal or Osimhen’s position change.

Moreover, RadioRadio reports that Arsenal are making a strong push to sign Osimhen as the transfer window draws to a close. However, it seems he’s already leaning towards a move to PSG, who have offered him a much higher salary than Arsenal.

Napoli sporting director Giovanni Manna commented on Osimhen’s situation and confirmed that the player does want to depart before the summer transfer window closes.

“Victor wants to leave, and we have players who can step up to replace him,” Manna said. “Osimhen is a great player, but our priority is keeping the team together. We’ll see how things unfold over the next 20 days.”

Osimhen wasn’t even on the bench for Napoli’s first official match against Modena in the Coppa Italia. The club’s focus remains unchanged: they’re looking to secure a new club for Osimhen and bring in Romelu Lukaku.
