Manchester United Urged to ‘Move Forward’ with PSG Target Amid Ongoing Transfer Rumors

Paris Saint-Germain showed interest in Jadon Sancho this summer and reportedly made an offer for his personal terms. It seems the interest is mutual.

RMC Sport’s Fabrice Hawkins reported this week that Sancho wants to sign with PSG, but the problem is just between the two clubs. Moreover, Football Insider also revealed that Manchester United want to sell Sancho permanently during this transfer window.

With so much information on Sancho’s future surfacing, there’s bound to be several opinions on what the Red Devils should before the summer window closes in a couple of weeks.

Former Manchester United striker Andy Cole is confident that Sancho can rediscover his form at Old Trafford.

“I think Sancho has looked okay in pre-season,” Cole said (h/t Stretty News). “It looks as if he’s got his confidence back and he’s a talented kid, regardless of whether that’s him playing as a false nine or not.

“All he’s got to do now is get his head down and let his feet do the talking. It looks as if he and the manager have resolved the problems they had last season and everybody’s got to crack on. It’s a clean slate and time to move forward.”

The 24-year-old spent the latter part of the 2023-24 season on loan at Borussia Dortmund, where he was instrumental in their journey to the UEFA Champions League final. Last season, Sancho played in 24 matches for  Manchester United and Dortmund, scoring three goals and providing three assists.
